Off the beaten track in Tena with a lovely host. My partner and I had a great time staying at Jungle Roots. If you are looking for creature comforts of glamour, this isn’t the place for you, this is a true eco-stay that makes a low impact on the planet. The owner is friendly and helpful and is also an expert kayaker and can take you river kayaking. He also took us on an amazing hike through the jungle to a waterfall. The food is nice and the beds are comfortable. And the resident cat is hilarious.

Great organization of our stay at a lovely place – Jungle Roots eco-camping. A very original and green place, full of good energy. It is very nice to be above the trees. People were great and the food yummy. We keep very nice memories of our adventure. Bravo!
